Shipping

At Blossoms & Vine, we work to ensure your custom-made stack reaches you promptly and securely. Normal shipment times is 7 days from when the order is placed. During holidays or times of high demand, it make take up to 10 days for orders to be shipped. 

 

You are always able to check on the status of your order throughout the creation process on our website.

 We ship USPS and every order is provided a tracking number upon shipment.

Our goal is to make your experience with us seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Blossoms & Vine. If for any reason you need to return your custom-designed bracelet, our process is simple and convenient. Just reach out to us at support@blossomsandvine.com, and we'll guide you through the hassle-free return procedure.


In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we will swiftly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.Should you wish to exchange your bracelet for a different style or size, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

 

Orders may be returned or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Any refunds will be processed once the order has been returned to us. Any exchanges will be made & shipped once the original order has been returned to us. After 7 days of delivery, all orders are final. 
 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring that you adore your bespoke jewelry.

Sizing

We have created a sizing guide to help determine the size that will best fit you. If the bracelets do not fit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange your return and can promptly resize them for you.
